El Mirage City Hall, Customer Service, and Police Administrative Offices will be open for public access from 7—11 a.m. and 1 – 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and by appointment. The Fire Department Administrative Offices will remain closed to visitors, however some non-emergency services, including car seat installation and fire inspections services, will continue to be offered by appointment. El Mirage Municipal Court will remain open with modified lobby hours from 8:00 a.m. to noon, Monday – Thursday. City parks, restrooms, ramadas, and the dog parks will also open on Monday. While the skatepark, field and facility rentals, basketball courts, and playgrounds at City parks remain closed, City leaders are discussing the guidelines around reopening and hope to have an announcement soon. The El Mirage Senior Center will remain closed until it is safe for our seniors to congregate in groups of ten or more.

“We have developed plans to open City facilities making sure to follow CDC, State and Maricopa County Health Department guidance to take the health and well-being of the public, our residents, and employees into account,” stated El Mirage City Manager Crystal Dyches, “this includes increasing our cleaning and disinfection processes, having masks available and hand sanitizers strategically placed, and strictly following social distance guidelines.”
