The second step is the plan review process. Your project will be reviewed to make sure it is in compliance with the adopted building codes. If your plans meet those requirements, a permit is issued. If not, the code official will make suggestions to help meet the requirements of the code.
The inspector will visit your site the next business day if the request is received 4 pm the previous business day. The inspector will provide documentation when the job is complete. A Certificate of Occupancy or Certificate of Completion will be issued upon request by homeowners and as a routine for all commercial projects
