You can pay, activate, or terminate your water or utility services online, by mail, or by calling Customer Service at: 623.933.1228.
The Customer Service office is located at 14406 N Alto St, El Mirage, AZ 85335. Customer Service lobby is open Monday through Thursday, 7am until 5:30pm. For your convenience, a payment drop box is located at the Customer Service Facility, 14406 N Alto St for making check or money order payments outside of normal business hours. Utility Billing Cycles Currently the City of El Mirage has two billing cycles; your account number will determine the cycle you will be billed on. Cycle One runs from the 16th of a month until the 15th of the following month, and your payment due date is on the 10th of each month.
Cycle Two runs from the 1st of the month until the 30th/31st of each month and your payment due date is the 25th of each month.
A delinquency fee of 5% will be assessed on any past due balance if payment has not been received by the due date, and a Service Suspension Notice will be mailed out with another payment due date.
Payment must be received by Customer Service on or before the due date or service will be discontinued and a $95.00 fee will be assessed. Call our Customer Service representatives at 623-933-1228 to make a payment arrangement and avoid an interruption of service.
